All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. With regards to payment issues, we use Paypal (, the #1 trusted online payment system. All our transactions go through payment and we do not have access to any of your credit card information whatsoever. 
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carrier that may be used to ship your order will be either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be informed about regular ground shipping costs. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

processing time
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).

standard delivery
Standard delivery usually arrives within 6-10 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

custom / duty fees
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 
To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain a tracking number for each delivery. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to

delayed delivery 
In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30 business days 

We hope you enjoy shopping with us, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receipt. You may return them for store credit. We will not be able to accept requests for returns if after 7 days. 
We gladly accept returns within 4 weeks of receipt.
Eg. If you receive an order on 17th March (Monday), the item must be sent back in its original condition to us by 7th April (Monday). 
We do not charge restocking fees but please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and only store credit will be issued for any returned item(s).
For orders that are returned late (i.e after four weeks), Just Cavallor reserves the right to reject the item or issue partial store credit (70%).

Online orders may be returned/exchanged in any of our Just Cavallor boutiques at the show grounds when the sales slip is present. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund, and we will email you if there is an opportunity of an exchange at the show grounds. 

We allow exchanges for the same cost amount of the original items. For items that differ in value, we will issue store credit or send a separate invoice respectively.

***NOTE: We highly recommend returns/exchanges be shipped via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Please be sure to email us for authorization before sending the items back. We are not responsible for items that are returned to the wrong address if we are not contacted beforehand.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criterias, will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you, at the cost of the buyer. If buyer is unwilling to pay for return shipping, the item will remain stored in our warehouse until such time the shipping fee is paid.
defective merchandise
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a defective item, please contact us at within 72hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and your order number. We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, a replacement piece will be sent. In the event of an out of stock piece, store credit will be issued.
wrong item received
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a wrong item, please contact us at within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new piece will be sent to you once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.

IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions. Please email us at with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.

Just Cavallor products available for purchase online include riding wear, accessories and horse equipment. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. 

Prices displayed on the Just Cavallor website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
